Who can participate

You must be 18 or older. Participation must be voluntary. Do not impersonate another person, pressure someone to participate, or use an email address you are not entitled to use. Keep private sign-in links to yourself.

What the experience provides

Each person completes a private assessment and receives a private Your Read. After both assessments are final-submitted, Figure uses interpretations of the assessment patterns from both people to create one shared report that is shown identically to both participants. Raw answers and either person's private Your Read are not shared with the other person.

Person A authorizes one $35 USD purchase and securely saves a card with Stripe. Nothing is charged at setup. The charge can happen on the same day if the complete package is ready. Figure attempts the charge only after both private Your Reads and the Shared Report have been successfully generated, validated, and locked as one complete package. If Figure cannot complete that package, no charge is made.

Each participant’s private Your Read can be available before payment. After a successful charge, the shared report is released to both participants. Except where the law requires otherwise, this completed digital purchase is final and nonrefundable. If the card needs attention, the finished package stays locked while Person A completes a secure Stripe recovery step; Figure does not make a duplicate charge for the same order.

Consent and ending a pair

Each participant must accept the privacy boundary before answering. Saving the final answer submits that person’s assessment; there is no separate final confirmation step. Either person can decline or end the pair until the second assessment is final-submitted. The other person is told only that the pair ended. Once the second final submission is accepted, report generation is committed; a later deletion request follows the separate process described in Privacy.

A verified deletion request from either person deletes the entire hosted pair and all three reports because the shared report derives from both people. Figure revokes both participants' access as deletion begins. It cannot recall copies someone already downloaded, printed, saved, or shared. Unfinished or closed pairs expire after 30 days; released packages expire 90 days after release. Deleting a released package does not undo its completed digital purchase.

Use it for insight, not high-stakes decisions

Figure is for personal reflection and conversation. It is not therapy, a crisis or safety service, a medical or mental-health diagnosis, a compatibility verdict, or a substitute for qualified professional help. Do not use a report to decide whether a person is safe or to make legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.

The work-partner context is only for two adults who voluntarily want personal insight. Figure must not be used for hiring, candidate or employee screening, discipline, performance evaluation, promotion, termination, or any other adverse employment decision.

Respect the other participant

Do not try to access the other person's private account or Your Read. Do not use Figure to harass, manipulate, or harm anyone. Treat a shared report as part of the conversation between the two participants, and ask before distributing it more widely.
